Conor Hulburt is a San Diego personal injury trial attorney and the founder of Hulburt Law Firm. He has recovered more than $150 million for people and families in cases involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, dangerous roads, defective products, and other serious accidents.
Conor has taken on some of the nation’s largest corporations, insurance companies, defense firms, and government entities, including Ford, Chrysler, Continental Tires, and Caltrans. Conor approaches every case as a search for the truth. He works closely with clients to understand not only what happened, but how an injury or death has changed their lives. At trial, mediation, and settlement conferences, he combines careful investigation, storytelling, and visual presentation to make complicated evidence clear and compelling.
His work has earned recognition from The Best Lawyers in America, which named him the 2027 San Diego “Lawyer of the Year” for Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs, Super Lawyers, Best of the Bar, and Martindale-Hubbell, which awarded him its AV Preeminent peer rating. He has also served in leadership positions with Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and the San Diego County Bar Association.
Conor met his wife and law partner, Leslie Hulburt, at the University of San Diego School of Law, where they competed together on the National Mock Trial Team. Today, they lead Hulburt Law Firm and live in San Diego with their two sons.
For Conor, the principle behind the firm’s work is simple: The Truth Demands Justice.
